Yes. We're available as usual online and by phone Mon through Fri, 9am–5pm. We are not yet affected by the lockdown regulations. We'll stay open until there will be further legal regulations.
Due to the ongoing situation, we'd like to ask you to reduce personal contact to a minimum. We therefore urge you to make an appointment before you come around in person. If you have questions concerning an item's exact condition, feel free to contact us via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) and/or phone (030 34 38 36-0). We'll be happy to help with further photos and descriptions.
We ask you for your cooperation and understanding for these measures to keep us operational. As soon as the situation stabilises these rules will be changed toward the normal procedures.
Please make as precise appointments as possible with our customer support concerning pick-up and return dates/times.
For new customers, we're asking for advance payment as usual, and a deposit is required in addition.
We accept EC card, Visa and Mastercard. Please note that credit card payment may result in additional bank charges.
